My love for film and media began in middle school when I’d create little skits with iMovie on my iPad and no real motivator outside of creating stories and sharing them with the world. From there I began to edit my own covers of random songs I enjoyed and realized my passion in editing since then. From then on, I would self-teach myself all I could such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects, as well as Final Cut Pro and other tools, and I continued to practice along many different routes of media production, such as broadcast and experimental filmmaking.

I’m incredibly excited to gain insight into more kinds of film and practices among the broader UCSD community as we take part in as many projects as possible, and I look forward to making new friends and memories along the way!! :D
